Job summary

Westcon-Comstor Europe seeks a Credit Risk Analyst to manage trade credit risk across the region, ensuring policy compliance and minimizing exposure. The role combines financial analysis, risk assessment and stakeholder collaboration to support sustainable growth and protect financial health.

Key duties include credit facility reviews, reporting, collections coordination and insurance compliance, with travel to engage stakeholders and support regional risk strategy.

Qualifications

• CICM qualification and/or degree in a numerate discipline.
• Experience in a credit risk environment within a multinational.
• Strong understanding of credit risk management and trade credit.
• Advanced Excel skills with reporting experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation; able to influence.
• Willing to travel and be reachable outside hours.
• Business fluency in English; Dutch/German/French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete customer account reviews, including financial statement analysis.
• Maintain EU Group credit facilities in line with policy.
• Monitor risk alerts to minimize exposure.
• Provide data to Collections for debt recovery.
• Manage insurance policy compliance and claims.
• Undertake customer development and risk management visits.
• Manage accounts in administration or liquidation with teams.
• Produce and enhance monthly credit risk reporting.
• Support credit risk strategy development and policy.
• Maintain oversight of legal collection cases and audits.
