Job summary

Wiz is expanding its legal team in EMEA, offering an exciting opportunity to join a fun, supportive, and high-functioning group as it grows. You will be a data privacy-focused attorney handling sophisticated contracts, collaborating across teams to close deals, and bringing sound legal and business judgment to all matters.

The role requires in-depth knowledge of data privacy, a business-friendly mindset, and experience with CLM systems, Salesforce, Slack, and DocuSign.

Qualifications

• Must be admitted to the bar in Israel, the UK, or a European country and in good standing.
• 4+ years of in-house legal experience in a software/technology company.
• Ability to structure, draft, and negotiate a high volume and broad range of contracts, including SaaS, PSAs, partner agreements, and NDAs.
• Strong communication skills in English and either French or German, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Be a legal business partner to Wiz’s revenue teams in EMEA, summarizing and communicating legal concepts and risks in a way that is meaningful to business teams.
• Take ownership of the drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a wide range of legal agreements. Advise your fellow Wizards on contract interpretation and negotiation to accelerate contract velocity.
• Seek to understand the context of the positions of Wiz’s customers and the requests from Wiz’s internal clients, and strive to solve problems and address issues from their perspective.
• Triage a heavy workflow, setting appropriate priorities with internal clients and delivering results efficiently.
• Support the continuous improvement of agreement templates and legal processes.
• Manage agreements that comply with company policies and risk tolerance.
