Job summary

Wiz is expanding its legal team in EMEA. We seek a talented attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can serve as a strategic partner to Wiz’s revenue teams across the region. You will draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of contracts and drive privacy-focused solutions while supporting business growth.

The role requires bar admission (Israel/UK/EU or similar) and 4+ years in-house experience in software/tech, with strong English and French or German skills.

Qualifications

• Admitted to the bar and in good standing in Israel, UK, or an EU country.
• 4+ years in-house legal experience in software/tech.
• Ability to draft and negotiate high-volume contracts including SaaS, professional services, partner agreements, and NDAs.
• Strong English and French or German language skills.
• Data privacy expertise including DPAs.

• We are expanding our legal team in EMEA, and this is an exciting opportunity to join a fun, supportive, and high-functioning legal team as it begins to grow
• This job is for you if you thrive in a fast-paced environment where change is the status quo. You will need to provide outstanding legal service, coordinate and work closely with other teams to close contracts, pay close attention to detail, and bring sound and balanced legal and business judgment, together with constructive people skills, to everything you do
• You should have a keen interest in learning about Wiz and what we do
• Be a legal business partner to Wiz’s revenue teams in EMEA, summarizing and communicating legal concepts and risks in a way that is meaningful to business teams
• Take ownership of the drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a wide range of legal agreements. Advise your fellow Wizards on contract interpretation and negotiation to accelerate contract velocity
• Seek to understand the context of the positions of Wiz’s customers and the requests from Wiz’s internal clients, and strive to solve problems and address issues from their perspective
• Triage a heavy workflow, setting appropriate priorities with internal clients and delivering results efficiently
• Support the continuous improvement of agreement templates and legal processes
• Manage agreements that comply with company policies and risk tolerance
