Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of medical device or marketing experience preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on timelines.
• Ability to persuade in the absence of formal authority.
• Familiar with cross-divisional procedures and policies.

Responsibilities

• Own the EMEA Access strategy: where we play and how we win.
• Build annual marketing plans and a 3–5 year portfolio roadmap.
• Own regional product management from launch to phase-out.
• Lead branding, messaging, pricing, and market positioning.
• Drive launches and ensure adoption targets are met.
• Partner with divisions to grow portfolio and incorporate customer voice.
