Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Behavioural Threat Manager for the EMEA region responsible for leading responses to behavioural threat cases and emergencies. This role includes oversight of investigations, collaboration with internal stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years’ experience in emergency response and workplace violence prevention.
  • Demonstrated corporate experience working with HR, Employee Relations, and Legal functions.
  • Strong working knowledge of recognised BTAM frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for behavioural threat and emergency escalations.
  • Lead complex threat investigations with multiple stakeholders.
  • Design and oversee BTAM training programmes for key stakeholders.
