Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Behavioural Threat Manager for the EMEA region to act as the primary responder to behavioural threat cases and emergencies. You will lead BTAM initiatives, coordinate with HR, Legal, and Workplace teams, and oversee regional threat assessment operations while aligning with corporate policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, behavioural science, security & safety, or related field.
  • Minimum five years’ experience in emergency response, workplace violence prevention, and/or BTAM.
  • Experience partnering with HR, Employee Relations, Legal, and Workplace teams.
  • Knowledge of BTAM frameworks, methodologies, platforms, and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for behavioural threat and emergency escalations across EMEA.
  • Lead investigations involving ambiguous information with stakeholders.
  • Oversee BTAT operation, governance, and training programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align with policies and regulations.
  • Provide regional reporting and performance insights.
  • Share best practices with APAC and Americas threat managers.
