Job summary

Bureau Veritas Cybersecurity in Amsterdam is looking for a Security Behavior Consultant to advance our SAFE program offerings and support clients with tailored security behavior strategies.

You will manage behavior change projects, conduct baseline surveys, and run workshops while collaborating with teams and clients across various industries. Strong communication in Dutch & English is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's in social or work and organizational psychology.
• Eagerness to learn and engage with clients.
• Experience or affinity with information security and privacy issues.
• Strong communication in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to discuss operational, strategic and tactical topics.
• Experience with behavioral or organizational change projects using workshops, interviews, etc.

Responsibilities

• Program management and managing SAFE behavior change programs at clients.
• Provide clients with insight into SAFE products and results.
• Build the Behavior & Training portfolio.
• Conduct behavior change programs for various clients including workshops, interviews, research and consulting on safe behavior, procedures and culture.
• Conduct baseline surveys to identify behaviors and tailor program approach.
• Help organizations address safety risks with behavior change measures.
• Continuously review the SAFE program and improve offerings based on market need.

Thefocus in this role is on implementing and developing SAFE programs for our clients. What will you perform:

As a Consultant you will deal with Bureau Veritas Cybersecuirty's SAFE offering. For example, you will beresponsible for program management and managing SAFE behavior change programs at our clients.However, you will also provide clients with insight into the SAFE products they are using and the results achieved in their programs.

Other duties include the following;

• You participate inbuilding the Behavior & Training portfolio;
• You conduct behavior change programs for various clients, includingworkshops, interviews, research and consultingon safe behavior, safety procedures and safety culture;
• You will conductbaseline surveysto identify behaviors in our clients so that we can work with the client to determine the appropriate approach to the program;
• You will help organizationsaddress safety risks with behavior change measures;
• You continuously critically review our SAFE program and seek to improve our offerings based on market need.

You are a cybersecurity behavior consultant with:

• A completed master's degree insocial or work and organizational psychology;
• Aneager to learn attitude;
• Experience or at least affinity withinformation security and privacy issues;
• Good communication skills (both oral and written) inDutch and English;
• Ability to hold conversations atoperational, strategic and tactical levels;
• Experience withbehavioral or organizational change projectsand applying various methodologies such as workshops, behavioral measurements, interviews, etc.
