You will lead behavioural research projects, translate insights into practical interventions, and collaborate across HR and stakeholder groups to embed behavioural knowledge in the organization. Qualifications

• Analytical with ability to simplify complex issues for diverse audiences.
• Extensive experience in leading behavioural research, interventions and change.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; able to advise senior management.
• Experience guiding organizations through change related to integrity or culture.

Responsibilities

• Identify barriers to desired behaviour and root causes of undesired behaviour and integrity breaches.
• Analyse behavioural drivers and translate insights into lessons learned and interventions.
• Design, test and measure behavioural interventions to achieve results.
• Manage behavioural research projects with a strategic approach.
• Collaborate with HR, client units and other stakeholders to embed insights.
