Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, building science, energy engineering, architecture, or related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in technical support, technical sales, construction or building performance.
• Interest in commercial building performance, glazing, fenestration, energy efficiency, and solar control.

Responsibilities

• Support EMEA sales teams, distributors, dealers, and installers with technical information for architectural projects.
• Evaluate customer needs and project requirements to identify suitable Eastman architectural film solutions.
• Perform or coordinate energy analyses, building-performance evaluations, and ROI assessments for large projects.
• Explain results, energy savings, solar performance, and sustainability benefits to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Provide technical support for customer meetings, site visits, and product-performance questions.
• Develop and deliver technical training for sales teams, distributors, and installers.
• Prepare project-specific technical information, communications, and supporting documentation.
• Support pre-installation approvals and testing, including certification and safety-related work.
• Review technical content for marketing materials, websites, and product information.
• Coordinate technical matters with Legal, Marketing, Product Management, Quality, and other functions.
• Assist with evaluating new products, market opportunities, and quality-related matters; escalate complex issues.
• Maintain awareness of building regulations, energy efficiency standards, and industry developments across EMEA.
• Collaborate with regional and global peers to share knowledge and align best practices.
• Participate in customer visits, internal meetings, training, conferences, and business travel.
