Avery Dennison is seeking a Procurement Category Lead Films EMENA to drive strategic direction for Filmic materials across Europe from our European Headquarters in Oegstgeest, the Netherlands. The role reports to the Director Procurement LPM EMENA and includes one direct report.

You will lead sourcing, vendor management and negotiations, develop multi-year roadmaps, and collaborate with R&D, Marketing and global teams to deliver value, innovation and financial targets in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline (Supply Chain, Business Administration or equivalent)
• 10+ years of relevant experience in a similar or related function within an international, fast-paced industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact between LPM functional teams and Procurement to develop and execute the strategic direction and yearly projects.
• Translate market needs into multi-year roadmaps delivering innovation and competitive advantage through strategic sourcing and vendor management.
• Partner with R&D to identify cost savings opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline of new materials and supplier capabilities.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain & Operations to ensure raw materials availability and quality.
• Scan the market and supply base to assess competitive position and drive supplier-driven innovation.
