Job summary

Sioux Technologies is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer in the Randstad area, working from Mijdrecht and on client sites. You will design, develop and test real-time embedded software across bare-metal and embedded Linux environments.

You will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and contribute to robust, scalable software solutions for high-tech systems. A strong foundation in C++, Qt, and Linux is essential, with Dutch and English fluency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, embedded systems, electrical engineering or similar.
• 2–3 years of experience in technical software development.
• Recent experience with C++, Qt, Linux and embedded environments.
• Understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and verbal).
• Knowledge of mechatronics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop embedded software in C++ for advanced high-tech systems.

As an Embedded Software Engineer, you develop and test software for high-tech products and machines.

In this role, you support our clients in the semiconductor, analytical, and medical equipment industries mainly in the Randstad area with smart, sustainable, and reliable software solutions. Your software expertise plays a crucial role in bringing these high-tech solutions to life.
