Job summary

Peblar, a world-class EV charging solutions company, seeks an Electronics Engineer to develop and maintain electronics from concept to production, supporting testing and validation activities to deliver reliable charging solutions.

You will lead end-to-end hardware design, validation, certification, and DFMEA/PFMEA within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high performance, safety, reliability and manufacturability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
  • Experience in electronic hardware development from concept to production.
  • Knowledge of analog and digital electronics and PCB design.

Responsibilities

  • Develop electronics from concept to production with end-to-end ownership.
  • Select components, design PCBA, and integrate into products.
  • Apply EMC, safety, and manufacturability best practices.

As an Electronics Engineer, you will develop and maintain electronics designs from concept to production, support testing and validation activities, and contribute to innovative EV charging solutions that power a more sustainable future.

About the role

You will play a key role in developing innovative EV charging solutions that accelerate the transition to sustainable mobility. You will be responsible for the end‑to‑end design, validation, and continuous improvement of electronic hardware, ensuring high standards of performance, safety, reliability, and manufacturability. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to bringing new products from concept to production while supporting testing, certification, and prototype integration activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform product development of electronics from start‑to‑end
  • Perform component selection and integration of electronic components, and design a PCBA
  • Integrate best practices in design for EMC, design for safety, design for manufacturability
  • Document design choices, perform design simulations and analysis using tools (MATLAB, LTSPICE)
  • Contribute to risk management activities, including DFMEA/PFMEA
  • Review PCB designs and other related parts. PCB designs are developed by dedicated PCB engineers in collaboration with you
  • Support prototype manufacturing and troubleshoot hardware during integration
  • Create test plan and test specification, perform tests according to test plan/specifications and review

What You Bring
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in electronic hardware development, from concept and design through validation and product release
  • Knowledge of analog and digital electronics, interface technologies, signal integrity, and PCB design principles
  • Hands‑on experience with laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, power analyzers, signal generators, electronic loads, and power supplies
  • Experience with simulation and analysis tools such as MATLAB and LTspice, and the ability to systematically troubleshoot technical issues
  • Understanding of design best practices including EMC, safety, reliability, and manufacturability considerations
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
  • A sense of ownership and accountability
  • A genuine passion for technology, curiosity to learn, and enthusiasm for solving challenges
  • Experience or interest in RF and antenna design is considered a plus
