ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions in Tilburg invites an Electronics Test Engineer (Mid or Senior) to help define and validate next-generation digital door locks within the DAS business. You will engage from concept to production and life-cycle support, ensuring robust electronic systems.

You will design test plans, run tests to standards, analyze results, and contribute to product certification while collaborating with design engineers and stakeholders across Europe.

The EMEIA Division is looking for a Electronics Test Engineer ( Mid or Senior) for its Digital and Access Solutions (DAS) business to implement and help secure high quality and end-to-end system robustness for connected devices within the EMEIA division .

This will be an exciting journey where we will change the perception and challenge/stretch the boundaries of what a door environment is capable of today. A good analogy of this journey would be to compare moving from the landline phone to mobile.

What you would do as Electronics Test Engineer

You will play a vital role defining and implementing next generation of digital door locks. You will be engaged from the conception phase of new products, over the production until the end of life of the product.

Responsibilities:

Collaboration with design engineers from concept to production to ensure the product quality throughout the whole life span;

Develop and design test plans and procedures to validate electronical components and systems;

Set up and conduct tests according to specifications and standards;

Analyse test results to identify performance trends, failures, or areas for improvement;

Collaborate with design engineers and other stakeholders based on test outcomes;

Manage /participate in certification of the product;

The skills and experience you need

Experience in electronic engineering/testing;

Experience in certification testing, working with standards and norms;

Programming experience in Python or similar is a beneficial experience
