Salary: €75K – €85K + Net Living away allowance

We are working with a leading M&E contractor delivering large-scale Data Centre projects across Europe. They are seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join the team on a live project, overseeing electrical installation and site delivery.

This role will suit someone with strong site experience who can manage teams, drive productivity and ensure works are delivered safely and to programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical installations across LV/MV systems on a Data Centre project
• Manage and coordinate site teams and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered on time
• Ensure all installations are completed to specification, drawings and quality standards
• Work closely with project management and engineering teams to drive programme delivery
• Monitor progress on site and report on productivity, issues and delays
• Ensure all H&S standards are adhered to at all times
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure smooth project delivery
• Support commissioning and handover phases

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Supervisory role on large-scale construction projects
• Data Centre experience is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems including LV/MV distribution, containment and cabling
• Ability to manage teams and drive performance on site
• Good understanding of H&S and site compliance
• Strong communication and coordination skills
