Job summary

Clear. in Amsterdam is seeking an Electrical Construction Manager to lead detailed construction plans, coordinate LV/MV systems, and manage electrical subcontractors on large-scale facilities. The role is based on site in the Netherlands and requires strong leadership and safety focus.

You will monitor budgets, schedules, and quality, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and client representatives to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Trade background or relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Construction, or related discipline.
• Proven experience in an Electrical Construction Manager or senior site leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of LV/MV systems, electrical infrastructure, installations, and sequencing.
• Experience managing electrical subcontractors on large industrial, commercial, mission-critical, or data centre projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive and results-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement detailed construction plans, including project scheduling, resource allocation, and workforce planning.
• Coordinate procurement and installation of electrical equipment, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality requirements.
• Lead and manage electrical subcontractors, ensuring works are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project standards.
• Monitor site health, safety, and environmental requirements, promoting a strong safety culture throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement robust quality assurance and quality control procedures to ensure all electrical installations meet required standards and specifications.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement solutions to maintain programme milestones.
• Monitor project costs, manage budgets, and support cost-control initiatives throughout the construction phase.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams and client representatives to ensure successful project delivery.
