Job summary
g2 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Voorman Yachting to join a leading luxury yacht construction organisation in the Netherlands. You will oversee electrical installation activities on high‑profile yacht projects, coordinating site teams to deliver works safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
The role requires a completed Electrical Engineering qualification, at least 3 years in yacht building, and fluency in Dutch and English.
Qualifications

- Proven experience leading electrical installation teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise teams of electricians and technicians on yacht construction projects.
- Coordinate daily installation activities and workforce planning.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and safety performance.
- Review and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with VCA and NEN 3140 regulations.
- Identify and report project variations, risks, and additional works.
- Liaise with Project Managers, Commissioning Engineers, and site stakeholders.
- Support installation, testing, and commissioning activities.

- Fluent in Dutch and able to communicate effectively in English
- Willingness to travel when required
- Based within commuting distance of Aalsmeer or willing to relocate
- 25 days annual leave plus 13 ADV days
