Job summary

Marel is recruiting a Field Service Engineer in Opmeer. This role involves managing electrical systems for multidisciplinary projects from design to commissioning. You will translate customer needs into solid electrical solutions.

Successful candidates will have a degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields and experience with PLCs and electrical control systems. They should possess good communication skills and be comfortable with on-site work, including international travel.

Qualifications

• Experience with electrical control systems, PLCs, electrical panels, and industrial cabling projects.
• Ability to read and create electric schematics and technical documentation.
• Comfortable working on site at customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for design specification and implementation of electrical components.
• Conduct service visits and troubleshoot production issues at customer sites.
• Provide remote technical support to customers.
