Job summary
Allseas in Delft is seeking a proactive Electrical Engineer (Medior) to strengthen their R&D team. This role focuses on turning concepts into practical solutions for offshore energy operations.
You will engage in the full development lifecycle from design to testing, working closely with multidisciplinary teams. Candidates should have an MSc or BSc in Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with strong practical skills in prototyping and system development.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, system development, or a related R&D environment.
- Practical experience with electrical systems, prototyping, testing, or commissioning through work, projects, or internships.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to yard locations and offshore vessels.
Responsibilities
- Developing new concepts and technologies into feasible electrical solutions.
- Defining system architectures and high-level designs for new equipment and modifications.
- Collaborating with mechanical and operational disciplines to realize integrated solutions.
