Job summary

TMC, based in Hengelo, Netherlands, seeks an Electrical Engineer to strengthen the electrical backbone of its product groups. You will design electrical schematics in EPLAN, integrate subsystems, and manage documentation across the PLM system from specification to customer delivery.

You will translate international safety standards into high-quality, cost-conscious designs and work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Possesses an MBO-4, HBO, or WO degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical schematics in EPLAN.
• Consult with Lead Engineer on requirements.
• Archive schematics and BOM in PLM.
• Maintain your own planning and meet scheduling goals.

You design and integrate subsystems and create electrical models that are utilized across the entire organization—from specification, production, testing, integration, to customer documentation. As an Engineer, you are involved from start to finish to ensure the products meet the high standards demanded of them. Work is primarily done using Eplan. Together, you select the components used in these products. On a typical day, you will: design electrical schematics in Eplan, consult with your Lead Engineer about requirements, archive schematics and bill of materials in our PLM system, maintain your own planning, and help your colleagues meet our product scheduling goals.What we expect from youPossesses an MBO-4, HBO, or WO degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.Has experience with E-plan or is willing to learn E-plan.Can translate broad requirements and international (safety) standards into high-quality designs.Knows how to strike the right balance between perfection and pace.
