TMC in Hengelo is looking for a Factory Engineer to optimize assembly processes for complex mechatronic systems. You will coordinate teams, monitor quality, and implement improvements, all in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The role requires a completed technical HBO/WO degree and a B2 level in Dutch. TMC offers a salary between €3,200 and €4,200 gross per month, an annual training budget, and opportunities for personal projects.

About This Vacancy

What does your day look like? In our high-tech environment, the Factory Engineer is responsible for the setup, support, and improvement of the assembly process for complex mechatronic systems and modules. You are the central figure and coordinate with assembly, colleagues from your multidisciplinary project team, and the clients. This means no two days are the same! Additionally, you are responsible for production setup with the goal of optimizing production quality, progress, and efficiency.

Your Tasks

• Initiating and executing technical improvement plans and their implementation.
• Acting as a technical sparring partner for the client, suppliers, the assembly department, and engineering.
• You are responsible for monitoring the quality of the products to be delivered.
• You implement and facilitate Lean Manufacturing tools.
