Job summary

ASML is offering a Business Support | Quality & EHS Performance Management internship in the Reuse & Repair organization. You will turn operational data into insights and support improvements across a global network.

The role focuses on safety, quality, and operational excellence, with hands-on analytics and dashboard development. The internship is bachelor/master level for a minimum of 4 months, working 4 days a week (3 on-site) with a start date around February 2027.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data to solve business challenges.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable learning new systems and reporting tools such as SAP.
• Enrolled in an educational program for entire duration of internship and at least 18 years old at start.

Responsibilities

• Analyze environmental, health and safety, quality, and operational performance data.
• Identify trends, recurring issues, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain performance reports and dashboards.
• Support incident investigations, audit follow-up activities, and quality reviews.
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions and support timely completion.
• Help document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support improvement projects from analysis through implementation and results tracking.
