Job summary

ASML is offering a Business Analytics | Quality Management internship in the Reuse & Repair organization within Global Operations. You will analyze data to drive improvements in EHS performance, quality management and operational excellence across a global network.

You will develop practical analytics, support improvement initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders across functions and locations. The internship requires 4+ months, 4 days per week (3 on-site), with start date February 2027.

Qualifications

Pursuing bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint; familiar with SAP reporting.

Responsibilities

Analyze environmental, health and safety, quality, and operational performance data.
Identify trends, recurring issues, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Develop and maintain performance reports and dashboards.
Support incident investigations, audit follow-up activities, and quality reviews.
Monitor corrective and preventive actions and support timely completion.
Help document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Support improvement projects from analysis through implementation and results tracking.
