Job summary

ASML is offering a Business Analytics | Quality Management internship within the Reuse & Repair organization. You will analyze environmental, health and safety, quality, and operational performance data to drive improvements across a global network.

You will develop practical analytics, support incident investigations, and track actions that contribute to operational excellence. This paid internship provides exposure to SAP, Excel, and reporting tools in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable with new tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze environmental, health and safety, quality, and operational performance data.
• Identify trends, recurring issues, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain performance reports and dashboards.
• Support incident investigations, audit follow-up activities, and quality reviews.
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions and support timely completion.
• Help document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support improvement projects from analysis through implementation and results tracking.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Quality Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering & Management, Safety Management, Technical Business Administration, or related field
