Job summary

ASML invites a master's internship in the Quality Engineering & Excellence team in the Netherlands (Veldhoven) to drive KPI adoption across the Reuse & Repair organization. You will embed a KPI framework into daily operations, align stakeholders, and support teams in using KPI insights to improve performance.

You will work with engineering leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, developing governance, data validation, and reporting processes while being part of a ~100-person department under

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a master's program.
• Experience from internships or roles in process improvement or performance management is preferred.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication to align across teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with data using Excel, Power BI or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and adoption of a KPI framework for quality and reuse or repair activities.
• Align with stakeholders on KPI definitions, objectives, and ways of working.
• Support KPI deployment across department, team, and process levels.
• Assess data sources and validate data quality, availability, and consistency.
• Analyze performance data and trends to support continuous improvement.
• Support KPI reporting and review processes.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and document KPI governance.
