Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Courses & Events Coordinator for the DePuy Synthes Education team to coordinate end-to-end education courses and events in the Amersfoort/Utrecht region. You will ensure speed, clarity, compliance and strong stakeholder alignment across HCC, finance, suppliers and customers.

You will own timelines, approvals, contracts, logistics and evidence collection, elevating bottlenecks early and following through to closure.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Strong ownership and accountability; follows through to completion.
• Ability to work with urgency while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify bottlenecks and escalate when needed.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Fluent in English; strong Dutch and French language skills.
• Proficiency in Office, Teams, Zoom, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP/Concur is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as the operational point of contact for stakeholders; manage timelines and approvals.
• Communicate roles, responsibilities, deadlines and next steps clearly.
• Identify bottlenecks and expedite timely decisions or actions.
• Drive standardization in event coordination for speed and clarity.
• Produce documents, briefing papers and reports to support activities.
• Own compliant execution of education processes, with evidence collection and payment closure.
• Lead or contribute to projects supporting Education objectives.
• Coordinate development of educational materials and translations.
• Handle registrations, record keeping and follow up for commercial education.
• Support onboarding activities linked to education processes.
