Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Courses & Events Coordinator to manage end-to-end coordination of education courses and events within the DePuy Synthes organization. You will ensure timely planning, compliance and strong stakeholder alignment across local and EMEA teams.

The role requires ownership of timelines, approvals, contracts, logistics, and payment closure, with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a focus on speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Ownership and accountability; follows through until completion.
• Ability to work with urgency while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; strong Dutch and French language skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the operational point of contact for stakeholders including business, marketing, education, finance, suppliers and customers.
• Ensure clear communication of roles, deadlines and next steps to all involved.
• Identify bottlenecks and escalate decisions or actions when needed.
• Drive standardization and simplification in event coordination processes.
• Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations to support education activities.
• Own compliant execution of the HCC process flow for Courses & Events.
