Johnson & Johnson is seeking a detail-oriented Courses & Events Coordinator to oversee end-to-end education activities within the DePuy Synthes organization. You will manage timelines, approvals, contracts, logistics, and evidence collection to ensure compliant execution.

In this role, you will collaborate with local and EMEA stakeholders, drive speed and accountability, and identify bottlenecks early while escalating when decisions are needed.

Qualifikationen

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to take ownership and follow through to completion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication能力.
• Fluency in English with strong Dutch and French language skills.

Aufgaben

• Act as the operational point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including business, marketing, education, HCC, finance, suppliers and customers.
• Ensure clear communication of roles, responsibilities, deadlines and next steps to all stakeholders involved.
• Identify bottlenecks and escalate timely when decisions or actions are needed.
• Drive standardization and simplification in event coordination processes to increase speed and clarity.
• Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations to support education activities.
• Own compliant execution of the HCC process flow for Courses & Events, including follow-ups and payments.
