Job summary

FeedbackFruits seeks a Product Manager to lead a squad, owning how teachers move from setting up activities to integrating FeedbackFruits into weekly teaching. You will run discovery, define MVPs, and partner with engineers and designers to craft solutions.

In this EdTech environment, you will balance product strategy with user impact, justify prioritization with data, and help scale successful features across institutions. Amsterdam-based hybrid role, 40 hours, with extensive learning resources.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience.
• Shipped B2B SaaS features that measurably changed usage.
• Experience with discovery before building solutions.
• Strong data-driven decision making.
• Edtech experience with LMS like Canvas, Brightspace, Moodle or Blackboard.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for your squad, tied to teachers gaining value from FeedbackFruits.
• Run discovery with teachers and institutions; frame problems clearly before designing solutions.
• Make prioritization calls with context; explain decisions so others understand.
• Collaborate with engineers on technical feasibility and with designers on validating solutions.
• Write specs and acceptance criteria; review builds and iterate.
• Define MVPs to deliver quick value; decide scaling or retiring after results.
• Keep Sales, Partner Success and leadership aligned by documenting decisions and roadmap.
• Help the squad see how work lands with teachers and students; celebrate wins.
