Job summary

Oniverse in Amsterdam is seeking an E-commerce Specialist to drive online sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences across Website, App and Zalando.

You will manage promotions, content, and campaigns, while collaborating with Ecommerce, CRM, Commercial, Retail and HQ teams to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in ecommerce, digital marketing or online operations (or equivalent).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a commercial mindset.
• Experience with CMS/CRM tools and Google Analytics; Excel proficiency a must.

Responsibilities

• Manage ecommerce activities across Website, App and Zalando to drive online sales.
• Maintain promotions, newsletters and website content for optimal customer experience.
• Support planning and optimization of digital marketing campaigns with local agency.
• Monitor KPIs and provide insights to improve performance.

Job Description: E-commerce Specialist

Your mission

As an E-commerce Specialist, working closely with the E-commerce Manager, you will manage ecommerce activities across Website, App and Zalando to drive online sales and deliver the best customer experience.

Your responsibilities

• Support the growth of our ecommerce business across Website, App and Zalando.
• Manage day-to-day ecommerce operations, including promotions, newsletters and website content.
• Support the planning and optimization of digital marketing campaigns together with the local media agency.
• Monitor business and KPIs performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce, CRM, Commercial, Retail, Digital and HQ teams to ensure smooth execution of commercial initiatives.
• Contribute to new ecommerce projects and continuously improve the online customer experience.

What we're looking for

• Passion for ecommerce, digital marketing and customer experience.
• Commercial mindset with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience with CMS/CRM tools and Google Analytics (Marketing Cloud and CoreMedia are a plus).
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Strong communication and copywriting skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree and/or previous experience in ecommerce, digital marketing or online operations is a plus.
• Preferably a Dutch speaker, English is an advantage.
