Job summary

Oniverse is seeking a Digital Media Specialist to partner with the E-commerce Manager to plan, execute and optimize digital media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok and programmatic channels in the BENELUX region. You will localize global campaigns, craft copy, manage the media agency relationship, monitor performance, run A/B tests and report insights to HQ and internal teams to drive online sales.

You will collaborate with Ecommerce, CRM, and Digital teams in a fast-paced ecommerce

Qualifications

• Experience planning and optimizing digital media campaigns.
• Proficient with GA4 and analytics reporting.
• Strong copywriting and content adaptation.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.
• Dutch language is a plus; English is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute full-funnel digital media campaigns (Awareness, Consideration and Conversion) across Google, Meta, TikTok and Programmatic platforms.
• Localize global campaigns and adapt digital content to the BENELUX market, ensuring consistency with the brand tone of voice.
• Create copies for digital campaigns in line with the brand tone of voice
• Manage the relationship with the local media agency, ensuring budgets are optimized and campaigns meet agreed KPIs.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities and implement A/B tests to continuously improve results.
• Analyze campaign data, investigate performance issues and provide actionable recommendations based on insights.
• Develop media plans aligned with business objectives and commercial priorities.
• Prepare campaign reports and performance recaps for HQ and internal stakeholders using Excel, Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
• Collaborate closely with Ecommerce, CRM, C&I and Digital teams to support commercial initiatives and develop impactful digital content.
• Stay up to date with digital media trends, platform updates and industry best practices.
