Paradigm Global Consulting is seeking an experienced E2E Test Lead with a strong Telecom OSS/BSS background. The role focuses on hands-on E2E scenario crafting, impact analysis and comprehensive release governance across multi‑vendor environments.

The ideal candidate will own E2E testing across SIT, E2E, UAT and Release Readiness, translate complex requirements into test scenarios, and provide clear testing status and risk recommendations to leadership.

Formación

• 10–12 years of software testing experience in telecom or complex environments.
• Hands-on capability in E2E scenario preparation, test design, execution and governance.
• Strong technical knowledge to understand system architecture and data flows.
• Ability to validate APIs, interfaces, integration flows and downstream dependencies.
• Deep Telecom OSS/BSS domain knowledge and understanding of end-to-end journeys.
• Experience across SIT, E2E, UAT, FUT, Regression and Release Readiness.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive E2E testing and governance across the release lifecycle.
• Contribute to E2E scenario identification, preparation, review and coverage assessment.
• Translate business requirements into end-to-end test scenarios for validation.
• Perform impact analysis across applications, interfaces and upstream/downstream systems.
• Validate E2E flows across CRM, Order Management, Billing, Provisioning and Inventory.
• Drive testing across SIT, E2E, UAT, FUT, Regression, Operations Readiness and Release Readiness.
• Review test scenarios and ensure adequate coverage (functional, integration, negative, E2E).
• Engage with development, architecture, infrastructure and vendor teams to resolve defects.
