Job summary

Paradigm Global Consulting is seeking an experienced E2E Test Lead with a strong Telecom OSS/BSS background. The role focuses on hands-on E2E scenario crafting, impact analysis and comprehensive release governance across multi‑vendor environments.

The ideal candidate will own E2E testing across SIT, E2E, UAT and Release Readiness, translate complex requirements into test scenarios, and provide clear testing status and risk recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of software testing experience in telecom or complex environments.
• Hands-on capability in E2E scenario preparation, test design, execution and governance.
• Strong technical knowledge to understand system architecture and data flows.
• Ability to validate APIs, interfaces, integration flows and downstream dependencies.
• Deep Telecom OSS/BSS domain knowledge and understanding of end-to-end journeys.
• Experience across SIT, E2E, UAT, FUT, Regression and Release Readiness.

Responsibilities

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced E2E Test Lead with strong Telecom OSS/BSS domain and technical knowledge. The candidate should have hands‑on experience in understanding complex system landscapes, preparing E2E scenarios, performing impact analysis, and driving E2E execution, in addition to overall test and release governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive E2E testing and governance across the release lifecycle.
• Have hands‑on involvement in E2E scenario identification, preparation, review and coverage assessment.
• Understand business requirements and solution/design documents and translate them into end‑to‑end business and technical test scenarios.
• Perform impact analysis across applications, interfaces, APIs, upstream/downstream systems and business journeys.
• Validate E2E flows across multiple Telecom OSS/BSS systems such as CRM, Order Management, Billing, Provisioning, Activation, Inventory and Service Assurance.
• Drive testing across SIT, E2E, UAT, FUT, Regression, Operations Readiness and Release Readiness.
• Review test scenarios/test cases and ensure adequate functional, integration, negative and E2E coverage.
• Technically analyze defects and work with development, architecture, infrastructure and vendor teams to identify the impacted system/component.
• Drive defect triage, dependency management and issue resolution across multiple teams.
• Define and track entry/exit criteria, test metrics, defect metrics, risks, dependencies and quality gates.
• Assess overall quality and provide inputs for Release Readiness and Go/No-Go decisions.
• Work closely with business, technology, operations and vendor teams in a multi‑vendor environment.
• Provide clear testing status, risks and recommendations to customer and leadership stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10–12 years of software testing experience, with strong hands‑on E2E testing experience.
• Strong experience in E2E scenario preparation, test design, execution and governance.
• Strong technical knowledge with the ability to understand system architecture, application interactions and end‑to‑end data flows.
• Ability to understand and validate APIs, interfaces, integration flows, logs, databases and upstream/downstream dependencies.
• Strong Telecom OSS/BSS domain knowledge and understanding of end‑to‑end telecom business journeys.
• Experience across SIT, E2E, UAT, FUT, Regression, Operations Readiness and Release Readiness.
• Strong understanding of CRM, Order Management, Product/CPQ, Billing, Provisioning/Activation, Inventory and Service Assurance domains.
• Experience in test metrics, defect management, risk management, test reporting and quality governance.
• Proven experience working in a complex multi‑application and multi‑vendor environment.
• Strong stakeholder and customer management skills.
• Ability to independently drive technical discussions, challenge gaps and coordinate teams toward resolution.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem‑solving and leadership skills.

Preferred

• Experience working with large Telecom Operators / Service Providers.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence and test management tools.
• Experience in Agile/SAFe delivery models.
• Experience participating in Go/No-Go and production/release readiness governance.
