This senior individual contributor originates opportunities within the Prologis portfolio and on third-party land, secures site control, develops initial concepts and business cases, builds relationships with charge point operators and customers, and advances commercial agreements. Working closely with engineering and development colleagues, the role coordinates the activities required to move projects to ready-to-build status, including approved designs, feasibility studies, permits, grid connections, and executed customer contracts.
