Job summary

Prologis is seeking an experienced Events Specialist Europe to own the European events programme, translating business priorities into an annual plan and delivering high-impact experiences across the region.

You will work independently with senior stakeholders, coordinating with agencies and suppliers to ensure on-brand, compliant events that strengthen customer relationships and drive business growth. A hybrid work setup is offered with travel across Europe.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of event management experience.
• Independent ownership of complex events from strategy through delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural collaboration.
• Experience managing agencies, venues, sponsorships and contracts.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency with registration systems, analytics tools and CRM platforms.
