Job summary

Aldebaran Group in the Netherlands seeks an E&I Superintendent with a strong electrical focus to lead the construction of the electricity, instrumentation, and automation scopes for the largest green hydrogen project in Europe. You will oversee the site until acceptance, enforce safety rules, and manage deadlines and personnel within your field.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial project construction in France or abroad.
• Experience with HTA (High Voltage) and HTB (Very High Voltage) equipment is a plus.
• Mastery of risk identification methods (HAZID, HAZOP).
• Knowledge of electrical risk prevention (C18-510).

Responsibilities

• Lead the construction site success until acceptance, managing deadlines and personnel in your field.
• Ensure absolute compliance with safety rules.
• Prepare electrical and/ or instrumentation scope, validate estimates and cost projections.
• Monitor subcontractor progress and coordinate activities.
• Ensure quality control and progress of work.
