Job summary

Aldebaran Group is seeking an experienced Instrumentation Supervisor to oversee the instrumentation and automation scopes on Europe's largest green hydrogen project in the Netherlands. You will drive site readiness, ensure schedule adherence, and manage personnel within your scope while maintaining strict safety standards.

Required is a Bac+2/Bac+5 in relevant field with at least 10 years on construction sites, and fluent English for interactions with international teams.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience on construction sites in instrumentation/systems
• Fluent English for interactions with non-French speakers
• Experience with MV/HV equipment is a plus
• Knowledge of risk identification methods (HAZID/HAZOP) and electrical risk prevention

Responsibilities

• Prepare the instrumentation scope and estimates
• Validate estimates and costings
• Monitor subcontractor progress and co-activities
• Quality control and progress monitoring
• Support subcontractors in carrying out assigned tasks
• Ensure safety regulations are strictly followed
