Job summary

ALDEBARAN Group is seeking an Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor for a major industrial project in Rotterdam. You will join the site construction team and report to the Lead E&I Supervisor, overseeing all E&I construction activities and ensuring adherence to HSE, quality, and schedule requirements.

You will coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and engineering disciplines to drive construction through pre-commissioning and commissioning, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications,

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience supervising E&I on industrial projects.
• Experience on EPC/EPCM projects in energy or chemical sectors.
• Ability to read P&IDs, electrical drawings, loop diagrams, and E&I documentation.
• Knowledge of ITPs, MoS, JSAs and ATEX requirements.
• Fluent English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Ensure HSE compliance and site safety.
• Supervise all Electrical & Instrumentation on site.
• Monitor progress and flag delays against project schedule.
• Coordinate construction teams, subcontractors and vendors.
• Inspect installations against drawings and specs and ensure quality.
• Ensure inspections follow ITPs, MoS, and JSAs.
• Manage design changes, certifications, and audits.
• Lead technical coordination meetings and report progress.
