Job summary

Aldebaran Group is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to lead construction scopes for a major green hydrogen project in the Netherlands. The role requires fluency in Dutch and English and hands-on experience with HV/EHV equipment.

You will manage site execution, deadlines, and workforce coordination, while ensuring safety compliance and cost control. The position involves coordinating with subcontractors and integrating new electrical assemblies on complex installations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Electrical, Control Systems.
• Minimum 10 years of experience on industrial construction projects.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Experience with HV / EHV equipment is a plus.
• Experience working with the grid operator TenneT on interconnections.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction site execution until final acceptance and manage deadlines.
• Coordinate workforce within scope.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety rules.
• Prepare electrical scopes.
• Validate estimates and cost calculations.
• Monitor subcontractors progress and coordinate co-activities.
• Quality control and monitor work progress.
• Integrate new electrical assemblies.
• Support subcontractors in the execution of assigned tasks.
