Job summary

ALDEBARAN Group is seeking an Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor for a major industrial project in Rotterdam. You will supervise on-site E&I construction activities, ensure HSE compliance, and coordinate between subcontractors, vendors, and engineering disciplines.

The role requires a technical degree and 10+ years in E&I supervision on EPC/EPCM projects, with strong ability to read P&IDs and electrical drawings, and fluent English in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience supervising E&I on industrial projects.
• Experience on EPC/EPCM projects in energy, chemical, petrochemical, or process industries.
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, electrical drawings, loop diagrams and E&I documentation.
• Fluent English in a multicultural project environment.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all E&I construction activities on site and ensure HSE compliance.
• Monitor progress against the project schedule and identify potential delays.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and engineering teams to execute construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning.
• Verify installations meet drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Ensure inspections are carried out per ITPs, MoS, and JSAs.
• Track design changes, ATEX certifications, and quality audits.
• Organize technical coordination meetings and provide daily progress reports.
