Job summary
DSJ Global is representing a global food & beverage client in Amsterdam seeking a Project Engineer to manage electrical and automation projects on site. You will oversee upgrades, maintenance, and technical improvements to ensure safety, on-time delivery and budget adherence.
The role requires a technical qualification in Electrical Engineering or related field, 2–5 years’ experience in maintenance or project coordination, and fluency in Dutch with English proficiency.
Qualifications
- Technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in maintenance, engineering or project coordination.
- Experience in food, FMCG, manufacturing or process industries.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver electrical and automation (E&I) projects across the factory.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical, automation, and control systems.
- Support equipment installations, upgrades, and repairs.
- Oversee equipment upgrade and maintenance projects from concept through to completion.
- Drive technical improvements to support reliability and performance.
