Job summary

Bunge in Wormerveer, near Amsterdam, is seeking an experienced E&I Technician to maintain and optimize electrical and instrumentation systems in a busy industrial setting. You will work in shifts and contribute to safe production processes.

The ideal candidate has an MBO in Electrical/Mechatronics, at least 3 years of relevant experience, knowledge of PLCs, good English, and the ability to relocate within the EU to the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training (MBO level) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar industrial environment.
• Affinity with industrial automation and process control.
• Knowledge of and experience with PLC systems is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Willingness to work in shifts and participate in an on-call rotation.
• Good command of the English language.
• Candidates who possess an EU passport and can independently relocate to the Netherlands are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical installations and instrumentation systems.
• Locate and resolve faults in electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Install, configure, and calibrate measuring and control equipment.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to optimize production processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
• Contribute to improvement projects and implement new techniques.
