Vlisco is seeking a Customer Service Representative (E-commerce) to handle daily customer enquiries via phone, email and social media. You will support Vlisco and Vlisco Dialogues customers through the shopping journey, collaborating with the eCommerce team to ensure fast, accurate responses and smooth order fulfilment.

The role emphasizes professional communication, post-purchase support, and continuous improvement of FAQs and templates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree level of working and thinking.
• 1 year of professional experience in customer service and/or e-commerce.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch a plus.
• Customer-oriented, proactive and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in digital tools and AI-powered solutions and the ability to quickly learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email and social media, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Advise and support customers throughout their shopping journey with clear information about Vlisco products, orders and purchases.
• Monitor channels, handle questions and requests, and ensure follow-up and resolution.
• Work with the Customer Service Specialist on complex or sensitive matters.
• Contribute to improving FAQs, email templates and other customer service documentation.
• Handle post-purchase processes: orders, returns and refunds per policy.
• Coordinate with logistics, finance and warehouse to resolve issues and fulfil orders.
• Support daily operations and escalations with the eCommerce team.
