Job summary

INTERSPORT Deutschland eG in Amsterdam seeks an E-Com Product Content Intern. You will explore how AI and automation can streamline product content workflows, then test tools, run pilots, and document practical recommendations on AI-driven content creation, localisation, and activation.

You will actively experiment with AI tools, compare outputs to current methods, and help identify useful, risky, or ready-to-develop use cases.

Qualifications

• We’re looking for someone who is enrolled as a student for the full internship period.
• You are EU citizen or non-EU citizen studying in The Netherlands.
• Available for at least 6 months, 4/5 days a week.
• Curious, hands-on, eager to experiment, learn quickly and test ideas.
• Interested in AI tools, automation, e-commerce, digital marketing, product content, retail or brand content.
• Comfortable with tools like Copilot Studio, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, n8n, Make, Zapier.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and able to document results clearly.
• Clear communicator, able to explain findings to stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Test simple AI tools for product content tasks and metadata workflows.
• Compare AI outputs with current processes and document results.
• Support small pilots linked to content automation and workflow improvement.
• Prepare test samples using product content, data, images, and assets.
• Research AI tools and content use cases to improve speed and quality.
• Document pilot results with objectives, setup, outputs, learnings, risks, and recommendations.
• Share progress with senior content lead and create handover notes for pilots.
• Assist Content Team with automation, documentation, and process-improvement tasks.
