Job summary

Philips in Best, Netherlands, offers an internship in Content and Engagement within the IGT Systems marketing team. You will help organize and optimize our marketing content ecosystem, conduct market research, and explore AI tools to boost campaign creation.

You will support the Content & Engagement team, assist MarCom Managers, and drive ideas for AI-enabled marketing solutions while contributing to global programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or Business.
• Proficient in English.
• Interest in marketing communications, digital content management, and AI-enabled marketing.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with large volumes of digital content.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and curious about AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize the global asset library and ensure materials are well-categorized and up-to-date.
• Conduct desk research on customers, competitors, and industry trends to inform campaigns.
• Explore and develop AI-enabled marketing solutions and test prompts, AI agents, and workflows.
• Support day-to-day marketing activities, reviews, campaigns, and asset coordination.
• Collaborate with MarCom Managers and stakeholders across regions.
