Job summary

Breitling in Lijnden is seeking an After Sales Specialist (f/m/x) to manage the repair flow and customer communications for servicing all Breitling models.

You will register incoming watches, provide price estimates, invoice repairs, and coordinate with dealers and customers across multiple systems. This role suits someone with a passion for precision, fluency in Dutch and English, and a talent for navigating complex service processes.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
• Interest in fine mechanics and/or watches.
• Experience with process flows.
• Detail-oriented and able to think several steps ahead.

Responsibilities

• Register incoming watches and provide customer service.
• Communicate via email and phone with dealers and customers.
• Handle administrative flows and send price estimates.
• Invoice repairs and coordinate with multiple systems and processes.
• Execute service policies and support technical questions.
• Support dealers and customers throughout the after-sales flow.
