Lever, Inc. (partner company) in the Netherlands seeks an Application Programmer to modernize a major Dynamics 365 based system. You will design, develop, and deploy CRM and customer-facing applications, integrating AI features and intelligent document processing across an Agile team.

You will mentor peers, translate business needs into technical designs, and ensure reliable production support in a remote-first contract setup.

Formación

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365.
• Experience building Dynamics customer portals or similar customer-facing apps.
• Full software development lifecycle experience from design to production support.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum environments and backlog management.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical designs and actions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring developers and contributing to coding standards.
• Familiarity with AI-powered/customer engagement technologies.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with cloud services (Azure).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet evolving business requirements.
• Build customer-facing portals and digital applications for accessible, reliable experiences.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle from requirements to production support.
• Enhance Dynamics 365 Customer Service functionality and AI-enabled services.
• Develop AI-powered solutions including Copilot Studio and IVR.
• Integrate Microsoft Document Intelligence for automated document processing.
• Translate business needs into technical designs and actions with stakeholders.
• Deliver within Agile/Scrum teams and manage multiple user stories.
• Collaborate with QA, analysts, developers, and leadership on testing.
• Provide production support and issue triage.
• Mentor developers and maintain technical documentation.
• Drive modernization and continuous improvement.
