Job summary

Robeco is seeking a Dynamics 365 Application Engineer to bridge business and technology, focusing on support, configuration and continual improvement of the Dynamics 365 platform across Marketing, Sales, and Client Services. You will work with stakeholders in an Agile/DevOps environment and contribute to AI-enabled capabilities.

The role emphasizes secure, stable and user-friendly solutions with strong collaboration across international teams, including 60% on-site presence in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 configuration and administration.
• Several years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing or Customer Insights).
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate and Power Apps).
• Experience supporting business-critical apps in incident, problem, and root-cause analysis.
• Understanding CRM processes within Sales, Marketing and Client Service domains.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for Dynamics 365 users.
• Configure and maintain Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, security roles and workflows.
• Coordinate testing activities including regression and UAT.
• Monitor platform health and drive continuous improvements.
• Manage releases and support deployments to production environments.
