Job summary

HARMAN International is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator in Amsterdam to manage outbound logistics and warehousing activities. You’ll collaborate with four other coordinators and two analysts to ensure a seamless flow from warehouse to customer, handling exceptions and maintaining high service levels.

Ideal candidates have a degree in a related field, at least 2 years in supply chain or logistics, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain or Logistics.
• Experience in fast-paced operational environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound and distribution flows to ensure smooth movement of goods.
• Manage warehousing activities, irregularities, and claims.
• Support 3PL evaluation and carrier performance reviews.
• Use SAP and other tools for reporting and data analysis.
• Investigate and resolve supply chain issues while maintaining service levels.
