Job summary

OnLogic Inc is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day floor activities across warehouse, manufacturing and customer support. You will steer resource planning, ensure safe, efficient workflows, and coach a growing team while aligning with ISO 9001:2015 and Lean principles.

You will collaborate with global offices, manage KPI-driven improvements, and support rapid 30-50% growth, ensuring high-quality hardware delivery and on-time performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with focus on Operations, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a technical discipline.
• Experience leading manufacturing operations and driving Lean/ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily operations across warehouse, manufacturing and support teams.
• Manage dynamic daily resource planning and shift allocations to meet goals.
• Identify tactical inefficiencies and implement quick improvements on the floor.
• Coach and develop team members aligned with company values and growth.
• Ensure ISO 9001:2015 compliance and Lean principles in daily ops.
