Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts in The Netherlands is offering a Duty Management Intern role beginning in late September 2026. You will gain hands-on experience across hotel operations, working with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B and Maintenance to maintain quality and guest satisfaction.

The internship requires a degree in Hospitality or related field, 4+ months, 5 days/week, and a strong command of English. Residential address in the Netherlands and ability to provide an internship agreement are expected.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or related field.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented; ability to work with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operation of the hotel across multiple departments.
• Assist with guest relations and handle guest feedback and complaints.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operation.
• Conduct operational checks and support quality and brand standards.
• Assist with VIP arrivals and special requests.
• Support reporting, administrative tasks, and follow-up.
• Contribute to hotel projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Help create memorable guest experiences by delivering excellent hospitality and service.
